What is Health Coaching?

I help people optimize their mental and physical health through food, sleep, physical activity, and stress management. My approach is collaborative and tailored to the values and goals of the client. My clients develop sustainable new habits for a lifetime of better health.

How It Works:

In a series of 1:1 sessions, I work with you to identify your strengths, challenges, motivation, support, and barriers to health. Together, we create goals that align with what you care about and ultimately envision for yourself. As your coach, my job is to hold you accountable to the goals you set yourself and support you as you establish new habits. Throughout, I will also provide you with information and resources, as needed.

Health coaching does not replace medical care. I don't diagnose or treat illnesses, nor do I prescribe medications or supplements. Instead, I partner with you in your health care, helping you create an action plan for lasting behavior change, whether prompted by a doctor's recommendation or simply your desire to be the healthiest possible version of yourself.

As an integrative health coach, I have additional training in mind-body practices, including meditation, breathwork, guided imagery, visualization, and Reiki. I can integrate these practices into coaching sessions and/or teach clients to use them outside of our sessions.

​

$75/session (or $400 for a package of six).​​

All sessions on Zoom.
