I help people optimize their mental and physical health through food, sleep, physical activity, and stress management. My coaching style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and client-driven. My clients develop sustainable new habits for a lifetime of better health.

I work with clients in a series of 1:1 sessions to identify their strengths, motivations, and resources as well as any current barriers to health. Together we create goals that align with the client's vision and values. As your coach, my job is to hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself, while providing information and additional resources, as needed.

Because I have additional training in meditation and mind-body practices, I am able to teach my clients skills they can use at home to manage stress. I can teach these skills as a stand alone session

or as part of an extended regular coaching session.     

Health coaches don't diagnose or treat illnesses, and we don't prescribe medications or supplements. Instead, we are partners in your health care, helping you create an action plan for lasting behavioral change, whether that change is prompted by a doctor's recommendation or simply your desire to be the healthiest version of YOU possible.

$75/session or $400 six (6) sessions.

All sessions are conducted online (Zoom).
